i for one, cannot fuckin STAND meter maids! now, this wasn't my situation, but i can relate to the frustration this lady must feel. like, you ever feel like you at least had the opportunity to catch the meter maid when he or she was putting the ticket on the windshield... the state needs to cut their jobs if they wanna save money and prevent a civil war! next meter maid i see near my car, i'm cursin out. sry, but it comes with the territory.
p.s. - some drive around in fuckin vans too! don't underestimate their "sneakyness"
